I hate L.A.
I'm tired of SoCal. I'm tired of small crappy houses that cost a quarter of a million bucks. I'm tired of LA's shallow shitheads. I'm sick of freeway traffic. I'm sick of smog. I'm sick of people getting shot ALL THE TIME.
I like Chicago. I like weather. I like the suburbs and the fact that people smile and say hello for no good reason. I like that the houses don't generally have fences and no one cares. I like the fact that my sister actually knows her neighbors and their dogs. I like the fact that the biggest shocker in the neighborhood was some kids smoking and selling pot. I like that I have never heard a gun shot at my sisters.
In short: I hate Los Angeles.

Ed- I totally understand where you're coming from.. The only difference however, is that I am trying to get to LA and get the hell out of Reno... ;)
