Ugh
I haven't been this tired in a while. It must have been a month since I last skated with the boys. We skated today for 3+ hours. I am exhausted right now. I didn't get winded too much, so I guess my NordicTrack was worth it, but boy am I beat. I'm so looking forward to a good night's sleep.
I don't know how Lare can keep going. He not only skated with us today, he has a game tonight. He's clearly nuts. Or just in way better shape than everyone else. Even Lewis was beat by the end of the day.

I really appreciate you guys hanging with Connor yesterday. He had such a ball yesterday, he's all ready to move here from Scotland so he can play hockey with you guys all the time. You really made his whole vacation!

lare was exausted last night but he did manage to gat a goal and his team won in the last 4 minutes!!

I felt fine until I double shifted a penalty kill. By the 3rd, I was pretty much gassed.
