Here's a thought...
I'm going to set up, on the LG site, a means by which we can have a 'tribunal' of sorts. The prosecution will be able to set up it's arguments and the defense will be able to set up it's counter arguments. Then the bloggers can decided based on the evidence what they thing the judgment should be. What say you? I can easily make it private and viewable to only those who should be privy, however I feel it would be of interest to all. I will respect all opinions in this matter however and limit prticipation if that is felt to be necessary. Please comment below on weather or not this is felt to be useful or not and if it should be closed or open.

I don't think this is a good idea at all. I think issues should be aired privately between the parties involved.
