You know, this morning, I was packing my kids' lunches and I heard them announce on the news that he died. Before I had a chance to rush to the T.V., I saw my 6-year-old staring at the screen. His eyes got watery and his little voice asked, "He died, Mom?" He really felt like he lost a friend. That's how much kids loved him.
