Last show EVER video
I just watched one of the videos of the last Litmus Green show EVER. It was fun and sad at the same time. The band has never played a better gig and the crowd was great.
It was sad because Mat wasn't there and, in a way, I miss the band.
I guess it's one of those things where you tend to remember the good times over the bad. I hated lugging my guitar rig around (as well as half the drum set). Dealing with promoters and bouncers. There were a million little things that sucked. There were tensions caused by political differences. There were the days at practice that we couldn't get anything right.
However, there was a lot of fun and more good times than bad. But all good things must end and it was time. I'm really glad we could go out on a high note.
I haven't seen the second tape yet. I am in the process of turning the first tape into an mpeg4 video which I hope to put online tomorrow. You will need the latest version of QuickTime to view the stream (sorry, but this is the only way I can get one hour of video online without killing the server's disk space allotment).

Rick got really quiet while he was watching the video. I think it got to him too, and he started really missing the band. He started "air drumming" on things more than usual after that. :(
