And on another note...
Today I spent a grand total of 6 (yes, 6!) hours in traffic. Not just any traffic mind you. Real nasty L.A. traffic. People in other parts of the country just cannot conceive of the horror that is bad L.A. traffic. I have been breathing diesel fumes all fucking day.
Add to that the fact that I managed to get every last bit of stuff from my old apartment (no small task) and you can see why I bought myself a bottle of whiskey and a cigar when I got back to Santa Ana.
It's been a long day.
One bright note: I had Chili John's for breakfast. Probably the last time for a long time. And since that was the case I had a slice of yellow pie, too. Mmm, yellow pie...

"yellow pie" ? Is that the same as lemon pie? I'm guessing that wasn't banana pie, even though that is yellow too. Boston cream, maybe? Do you just not want us to know? Personally, I like brown. Especially light brown with a hint of orange color.
