Notes from the road, day 1; "Drink and be merry..."
"... for tomorrow you may be in Utah."
We stopped for the night in St. George, Utah. The trip has been good so far. We stopped in Las Vegas to go on the Star Trek ride at the Hilton, and to get a Warp Core Breach at Quark's Bar. Yeah, we're nerds, so what? We even got our picture taken with Klingon at the bar, who I ended up talking to in Klingon. He said my pronunciation needed work. Heh.
Of course, being in Utah, I decided to drink a couple of the beers Lare gave me as a going away present, just to spite the locals. The 'Downtown Brown Ale' Was really good, but the 'Jack Russle Porter' was way too carbonated.
