Notes from the road, day 3; The Black Hole of...
... Nebraska!
We left Denver and got into Nebraska rather quickly. As soon as we entered Nebraska my cell phone lost it's signal and didn't get it back until we were just about out of the state.
If you ever have to drive across the country do yourself a favor and go around Nebraska. There is nothing to see there. Really. Unless you like cows and tumble weeds.
We got to Iowa and spent the night in a little motel in B.F.I. (Bum Fuck Iowa). We have about a half a days drive left. We've covered at least 1500 miles so far.
Last night I had a 'Country Apple Ale', It was kinda good. I say kinda, because it was a bit odd, but not entirely bad.
