I must be masochistic
I am heading back to the gym for another session with the physical trainer after work. I must be mad. Or a masochist. It's Tuesday and I still hurt from working out on Sunday.
There was a time when the only lifting I did after work were 12 ounce curls. Of course, that is why I have to get into shape now...
