Do you ever...
...wonder why you're doing what you're doing as well as how in the world you ever got in the position and the situation you're in?

Happy Thanksgiving!
Hopefully, everyone had a great day yesterday. I know my day went well because I got VERY lucky and was able to come home from work. The snow in Chicago caused great havoc at the airport the day before so my trip busted and I got reassigned to a differed trip that got me home a day earlier. It was nice to be home with Ed even though we didn't do anything special. Sunday is going to be our T-day. Ruth and her mom are making the turkey and the fixin's and i'm making the pies. Kirk's family will be there too, so we'll have a houseful at Ruth's.

Sand blasted
Ed and I went to a bridal expo on the 9th. I entered some raffle for a free microderm abrasion and I won it. So today I went in to have it done. It really was like having your face sandblasted. Strangely enough, it didn't hurt. My face feels really nice and smooth, but I don't know if I would spend a lot of money to have it done again. Instead, I think I would spend the money on a facial and massage.
